30-Day Reflection Period & Return Policy
At Cordeve, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason a product does not meet your expectations, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days without stating a reason.
The 30-day reflection period begins on the day after you, or a person designated by you in advance, received the product.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can register your return within 30 days of receiving your order by contacting us at info@cordeve.online, provided the conditions below are met.
Conditions during the Reflection Period
During the reflection period, you must handle the product and its packaging with care. You may only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep it.
If you decide to return the product, you must return it to Cordeve along with all delivered accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. After contacting us at info@cordeve.online, you will receive the necessary return instructions.
Registering a Return
If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Cordeve of this within 30 days of receiving your order via info@cordeve.online.
After registering your return, the product must be returned or made available for collection within 14 days.
Return Costs
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the return costs will be at your expense. As our products vary greatly in size and weight, we apply different return rates. The applicable return costs will be deducted from your refund.
- Accessories & Small Packages – €6.95: Products that can be returned via regular parcel delivery. After contacting us at info@cordeve.online, you will receive the return instructions.
- Small Furniture & Mirrors – €25: Fragile or larger items, such as mirrors, dining chairs, and small coffee tables, will be collected by our delivery service.
- Large Furniture – €50: Large or heavy items requiring two-person transport, such as large dining tables and TV units, will be collected at a return rate of €50.
- Personal Return – Free: You can also return or exchange your product free of charge at our warehouse. Please contact us in advance at info@cordeve.online to arrange this.
Refund
Once Cordeve has received the returned product, we will process your refund as quickly as possible and no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned product, subject to the conditions of this policy.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
The return costs mentioned above will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned product or until you have supplied sufficient evidence of having sent back the product, whichever is the earliest.
Damage during Return
You are responsible for safely and properly packaging the product when you return it.
Cordeve is not responsible for damage caused during return transport by the carrier or other third parties. If a returned product arrives damaged due to insufficient packaging or careless handling, this may lead to a reduction in the refunded amount due to depreciation.
Therefore, we strongly recommend using the original packaging, if possible, and ensuring the product is well protected during transit.
Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products manufactured according to your specific wishes or specifications, including custom-made products;
- Products that are clearly personal in nature due to their characteristics;
- Products that cannot reasonably be returned due to their nature.
