Terms and Conditions

1. Who we are

These terms apply to purchases from cordeve.nl.

2. Scope

These terms apply to every offer on cordeve.nl and every order placed through it. By placing an order, you accept these terms. We may update them from time to time. The version in force on the day you place your order applies to that order.

3. Products and offers

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Small differences in colour or texture may occur because of screen settings or natural variation in materials. Obvious mistakes or typing errors in an offer do not bind us.

4. Orders and contract

The contract is formed once you complete your order and we confirm it by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price is clearly wrong. If we have already received payment, we refund it in full.

5. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in euros and include VAT.
  • Delivery costs, if any, are shown before you complete your order.
  • Discounts and promotions apply only for the stated period and cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
  • You pay using the payment methods offered at checkout.

6. Delivery

  • We deliver within the Netherlands via PostNL.
  • We aim to deliver within the delivery time shown on the site, and at the latest within 30 days of your order. If we cannot meet that, we will tell you, and you may cancel free of charge and receive a full refund.
  • The risk of loss or damage passes to you when the product is delivered to you or to someone you nominate.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

You may cancel your order within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason. Our [Returns & Refund Policy] explains how to cancel, how to return an item, who pays return costs and how refunds work.

8. Warranty and conformity

Our products meet the contract and the reasonable expectations for normal use. This does not affect your statutory rights. If a product is faulty, contact us and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as the law provides. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, normal wear or changes made by you.

9. Complaints

Send complaints to [email address] with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos help. We confirm receipt and aim to give a substantive answer within 14 days. If your complaint is not resolved, you may take the dispute to the competent court.

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. This limitation does not apply to damage caused by our intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow it.

11. Privacy

We process your personal data only to handle your order and in line with our [Privacy Policy].

12. Intellectual property

All content on cordeve.nl, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to [Company name] or its licensors. You may not copy or use it without our permission.

13. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms and to all agreements with us. As a consumer, you keep any protection given to you by the mandatory law of the country where you live.
